Let me introduce my services: I am a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with an NHS practice at which mainly I offer reconstructive surgery and a cosmetic private practice were I offer a gamut of surgical procedures.

These include:
  • Cosmetic surgery of the breast, this can be divided into the female breast including breast enlargement, breast uplift, breast uplift combined with enlargement, in addition to breast reduction and adjustment of breasts' asymmetry
In regards to the male breast I offer gynacomastia reduction surgery, which may be in the form of liposuction and/or reduction surgery if warranted

  • Facial cosmetic surgery, which I would like to divide into:
Eyelid and midface rejuvenation surgery, face and neck lift, forehead rejuvenation surgery

  • Rhinoplasty (nose adjustment surgery), either closed or open techniques

  • Pinnaplasty (pinning back ears)

  • Trunk rejuvenation surgery which includes abdominoplasty ('tummy tuck'), mini abdominoplasty, arm and thigh lifts

  • Liposuclpture as an independent procedure or supplementary to other procedures described above

  • Removal of moles and other skin growths

  • Skin cancer surgery and reconstruction

  • Scar revision surgery

  • Wrinkle relaxing injections, for rejuvenation and also for reduction of excessive armpit sweating

  • Dermal Fillers
Both wrinkle relaxing injections and dermal fillers may be used independently or as supplementary techniques to facial surgery.

At my practice the first consultation is in the region of half an hour were your request is listened to and you are assessed. If the procedure is deemed feasible then I will explain the procedure, the scars, benefits and potential risks and complications that maybe associated with such a procedure. These risks and potential complications that may arise could be surgical or medical. If you have any queries regarding anaesthetic risks and complication these could be discussed with my anaesthetist in due course nearer the time of surgery.

A 'cooling off' period of a minimum of two weeks is recommended to allow you the time to think about the procedure(s) we may have discussed. We encourage the involvement of your GP unless for some reason this may not be possible or feasible. If for whatever reason you may not be sure of a procedure or wish to have another visit prior to your surgery, we are always happy to accommodate you in order to listen to questions you may have.

Through this website you may obtain my email address and my secretary's contact details. I am happy to answer your queries, when appropriate, through my website email however in some circumstances it may be advisable to arrange a consultation appointment to discuss any issues you may have.

I hope that the above information had been of assistance in allowing you to make a decision regarding your next step. I wish to extend my gratitude in taking the time to visit my website and reading its content.

Regards

Ali Juma.
